How do I sign up for a membership?

It’s quick and easy to sign up! Buy online, or stop by your nearest location and ask one of our Attendants about our Unlimited Monthly plans.

When will I be billed for my Unlimited Monthly plan?  

We conveniently charge our monthly customers every month on the same date as their original signup. If you bought your membership on the 10th of the month then we will continue to bill you every 10th of the month, no contracts, no hassle. You may easily cancel or upgrade/downgrade your plan in person or online here.

Once I am a member, will I be able to use my membership at any of your locations?

Absolutely, once you are a member you may use your tag at any of our 11 locations for no additional cost.

Can I use my Unlimited pass with more than one vehicle?  

No, the plan is for one vehicle only, however we do offer an Unlimited Family plan which would allow you to wash multiple vehicles at a discounted rate, all as often as you want!

Can I transfer my Unlimited Wash Club membership to a different vehicle?

Yes, swing by any of our 11 locations to have your tag swapped over to your new vehicle. Same goes for replacing tag on new windshields as well.

Will I receive a refund after I cancel my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until the day before your next billing date. (Anniversary Date)

How often can you wash your vehicle as an Unlimited plan member?

Our plans are TRULY UNLIMITED!! You can wash AT ANY LOCATION, ANY DAY, AS MANY TIMES PER DAY as you like!
